Jessi Gordon is a higher education senior consultant at Gallup. She partners with colleges and universities across the U.S. to improve student success, faculty and staff effectiveness, and overall education outcomes through Gallup’s research and science on talent, strengths, well-being, and engagement.
Jessi’s expertise includes the Gallup-Purdue Index, a measurement tool designed to help institutions create and implement the right processes for improvement. She also has experience consulting with healthcare organizations and government agencies on innovative customer solutions and well-being programs. Jessi served on the panel of judges and experts for OpenIDEO’s 2016 Higher Education Challenge. In the past year, Jessi spoke at NACE, SAIR, Western Pathways, American Association of University Women’s Conference, The STEM Higher Education Summit, CEIA 2017 and more.
Jessi received her bachelor’s degree in public health from The George Washington University. She received her Master of Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her master’s degree in public policy from Duke University. Jessi has a concentration in sustainable enterprise from UNC and a concentration in health policy from Duke.
