Anglo-Russian Academic Partnership signed in Moscow
The Academy of Business & Retail Management, London prides itself on having an outward looking spirit, such an approach has resulted in it cementing a remarkable partnership with one of Russia’s most prestigious academic institutions, namely the Financial University under the Government of Russian Federation, Moscow, Russia
The British and Russian academic institutions have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Moscow in the presence of senior academics, various Russian ministers, members of the Duma and a Nobel Laureate for Economics. The two institutions are also in discussions about the possibility of providing specialist training and collaboration on scholarly research. In an increasingly uncertain world they are eager to demonstrate that trust and partnership is the way forward.
Dr P. R. Datta, the Director of the Academy is euphoric about partnership; “This is marvellous news. In this post-Brexit era, we all need to raise our sights and think global. We at the Academy of Business & Retail Management believe that it is more important than ever that research from Russian academics reaches an international audience. We are heartened to see an increasing number of submissions to our conferences and journals from Russia. True scholarly endeavour always rises about ideology and international politics. Russia has much to teach the world, and I feel privileged to have witnessed first-hand the desire to expand human knowledge and enquiry.”
Since being founded in 2006 the London-based institution has built up a formidable reputation based on its trinity of services, namely the production of four academic journals, organisation of international academic conferences and the delivering of high impact training to institutional, business and legislative leaders.
